What we process

• Transfer data: chain, token, amount, sender and recipient address, fees, status and transaction hash. We store this to execute the transfer, enforce limits and show its status. The same data becomes public on the blockchain anyway.
• Telegram: if you use the bot, we store your chat ID with your transfers to send you status updates.
• Server: your IP address is held in memory only briefly to rate-limit requests. It is not stored.
• Blockchain nodes: to check balances and send transactions, our server queries blockchain node providers with the public wallet addresses of the transfer. Your IP address is not passed on.
• Hosting: the website runs on a rented server at Vultr, Germany.

What we don't do

• No cookies, no tracking, no analytics.
• Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not from third parties.
• We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Retention

Transfer data, including a Telegram chat ID, is deleted automatically 30 days after the transfer was created. Server logs are kept for at most 30 days. Transactions already on a blockchain remain public there.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to the email address in the imprint. Data that is already on a blockchain cannot be erased by anyone.
